Yes. The Professional tier (from $2,500/mo) is a dedicated options-analytics node for your desk's own internal research and trading: reserved throughput, the full analytics stack, and live and historical parity. Enterprise adds multi-region, dedicated capacity, and custom signals.

Does FlashAlpha offer real-time streaming?
Yes. The Streaming commercial bundle (from $4,500/mo) pushes 500+ FlashAlpha metrics over a single WebSocket: you subscribe to (symbol, metric, cadence) triples and receive sequenced, timestamped updates as each metric recomputes. It bundles a dedicated node, streaming compute, and 500 concurrent subscriptions (additional capacity in blocks of 500 at $1,500/mo per block), and the endpoint is provisioned during onboarding. Do you allow redistribution, embedding, or white-labelling?
No. Professional and Enterprise are licensed for your organisation's own internal research and trading. FlashAlpha-derived data may not be redistributed, embedded in a product for third parties, published to subscribers, or white-labelled. If you only need internal single-team use, standard plans already cover that.

We backtest before we trade. Do live and historical match?
Yes. Every core analytics endpoint has a historical twin with identical response shapes via ?at=YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss, point-in-time since 2017. You validate a strategy on history and ship it to production against the same contract, with no rewrite.

How is Professional different from the standard Alpha plan?
Standard plans, including Alpha, cover personal and single-team internal use on shared infrastructure. Professional adds a dedicated node with reserved throughput for high-rate polling and intraday research loops, live and historical parity, larger-team internal use, and a support and SLA model suited to a fund or prop desk. Still internal use only, no redistribution.

Yes, via a Custom Signal Buildout (setup + monthly). We build bespoke aggregates, derived signals, custom strike or expiration bucketing, proprietary scoring, and feature engineering on top of the raw chain, then maintain it as a first-class field on your endpoint so your integration is unchanged.

Who needs Professional versus a standard plan?
